Experiment with writing a fight scene.
How do you describe how it feels? What is it like to throw a punch? What it feels like to take one?
How do you describe the moves they are doing? What is there stance telling the reader?
How do you describe losing the fight? Vs winning the fight?
Find an image of a person that you personally find appealing. Brainstorm words that describe the person place and activity, be sure to include internal, emotions, and thoughts of the person. Now write a 150 to 250 word description of the picture and the person in it. You can use any trick you want to describe the picture, a few paragraphs, a conversation, or simile and metaphor.
Write up a character profile/description for Bebop or Rocksteady from the 80’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles TV show.
