Find an image with some theme and write a story that follows that theme.

Create a character that has a secret that if exposed would ruin his life or put his life in danger.

Write a description of a mystical orb as described by a worshiper watching it be carried past.

Experiment with writing a story were 2 people (of opposite sex) that work closely together, but do not fall in love.

How would this affect them?

Would this make the story boring or have more tension?

What can you do to have fun with this?

Write a seen of a person inspecting there old man hands.

Take today and write on your own story, if you don’t have a story use the archive to create one.

Create a heroine not a hero.

If all you create is heroines create a hero.

Brainstorm character traits of a villain.

Create a world with people being imbued with some element, animal, or object.

How does this affect the world?

Why is the world this way?

What can make this world more interesting to readers?
